Position Overview: Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc., a leader in aquatic life support equipment and systems, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory/Shipping Coordinator to manage our inventory system and oversee shipping operations. They will be pivotal in ensuring smooth inventory management. They will need to keep accurate records, and maintain efficient logistical processes in our modern industrial manufacturing facility. Reports to Director of Operations and Production Manager. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Use designated software to process shipping and receiving documentation. Inspect shipments for accuracy, addressing discrepancies with internal and external collaborators. Safely package shipments to ensure secure, timely delivery. Verify shipment details against orders, including descriptions, part numbers, and quantities. Process internal sales orders by pulling parts, packing, and managing shipment logistics. Accurately update inventory records in the MRP system to reflect physical inventory. Manage warehouse space for efficient material storage and access. Maintain a clean, organized inventory warehouse. Execute manufacturing and work orders, including material preparation and transaction updates. Conducts regular inventory cycle counts to ensure record accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and supporting the Production Manager with various assignments. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Six months to one year previous work experience, preferably in a light industrial setting. 3. Demonstrated basic computer experience (data entry, email, data lookup) in Windows 2007 or greater environment. 4. Ability to follow verbal, written and visual instructions. 5. Ability to count accurately and write legibly. Demonstrated attention to detail. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced warehouse environment and meet established productivity and output standards. 7. Demonstrated experience to comfortably shift between job duties / functions without a loss of productivity. 8. Basic demonstrated problem solving / analytical skills. Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting of 35lbs. or less (less than 35% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none above shoulders. Occasional lifting of 10lbs. or less (less than 10% of the time) above shoulders. Requires standing of up to 100% of the time. Position is located within a working warehouse with regular shifts in temperature. This position requires frequent overtime to include work after (1st) or before (2nd) regularly scheduled shift and on weekends Salary Description $17.25 per hour
