Requirements include:
The Contractor shall refuel all Government owned heavy equipment
within a twenty-five mile radius of Vicksburg, Mississippi. The average number of refueling requests is 41 per month. Heavy equipment includes, but is not limited to, bulldozers, tractors, draglines, and welding machines.
Refuel equipment within one hour of the customer request. Refuel generators upon request of customers.
The Contractor shall be on call during inclement weather such as hail, snow, and ice storms or other unforeseen emergencies to refuel generators used to maintain (Vicksburg Site).
Maintain a daily log of all fuel deliveries to include scheduled deliveries to
generators on Monday's and Friday's. The scheduled deliveries shall be accomplished between the hours of 0800‐1200 hours. The log shall contain the requester, gallons issued by type (gas or diesel), date of issue, the work item number the fuel will be charged to, and the name of the work‐item approving official. Deliver the log to the Fleet Manager at the close of each business day for review.
Perform a weekly vehicle inspection of the Truck and Fuel pod. The “weekly”
inspection shall be performed the 1st working day of the week. Also perform “during” and “after” inspections on the Truck and Fuel pod. All inspections will be annotated on the mobile fueling unit inspection checklist. Any issues will be addressed to the Fleet Manager.

Drivers must hold a valid CDL Class A license.
A total of 24 months of commercial driving experience within the last 36-month period
If a driver has at lesat 5 years of older verified experience, the 12 months prior to employment may include non-driving employment
Negative drug test results are required before driving under F2F Transport authority.
No DUI convictions in CMV.
No DUI convictions in non-CMV in 5 years.
No driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years (consideration for recent Medical Certification issues).
No serious at-fault accidents resulting in major damage or bodily injury within 2 years.
