What will your role be?
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Activities:
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring business needs are clearly understood and met

Define project scope and objectives and create comprehensive documentation (BRD, BRS, etc.)
Develop and communicate high-level functional architecture diagrams including process flows, actor interactions, data flows, and interfaces
Work closely with domain and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions
Analyze current processes (As-Is), define future-state processes (To-Be), and identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the design, development, and testing phases
Participate in solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and training efforts
Support the rollout of new applications and solutions, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user training
Identify gaps in functionality or technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions using modern technologies
Ensure alignment between business cases, IT architecture, and final deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to the development of best practices for business analysis, documentation standards, and project execution
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting analytics and/or AI-driven initiatives
Strong background in business case development, solution design, and stakeholder engagement

Compensation:

Technical and Product Skills

Responsibilities:
Providing on-site executive support through the maintenance of senior leader's calendars, meeting schedule, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Schedules senior leadership meetings, develop agendas, record meeting minutes, and summarize meeting action items.
Tracks and executes multiple data calls and action items at the portfolio level for senior leaders and provide the required reporting.
Communicates and coordinates with program stakeholders to gather necessary data to provide answers to programmatic questions and write reports.
Coordinates publications and other collateral material using both print and electronic media including the web and desktop publishing software to draft, edit, and lay out material for distribution.
Responsible for final reviews of proposed publications for style, design, layout, and editorial aspects before government approval.

Summary/Objective
The Project Analyst uses the Critical Chain Project Management process to deliver projects with clear deliverables and within budget. The Project Analyst ensures the planning, project network building, change management and implementation of significant technology or business projects sponsored and prioritized by the SLT. The Project Analyst is responsible for ensuring identification of project impacts to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and IT general controls (ITGC) and works closely with executive and senior management to coordinate resources from Information Technology (IT), internal departments and external vendors to accomplish project tasks.
Essential Functions

Responsible for project planning and works with assigned project leader to build project network, defining milestones and task duration
Works with project leader to coordinate project management activities, bank resources, and information.

Assists in escalating project issues, managing expectations, and proposing creative and practical solutions in order to achieve milestones consistent with the clear objective of the project
