* 1-2 years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or a similar administrative role.
*Skills, Knowledge and Licenses (And All Other Preferred)*
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team to achieve performance goals.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mortgage processing systems.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in mortgage processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with mortgage documentation and underwriting processes is a plus.
* Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., RESPA, TRID) is desirable.
