The Café Team Members are primarily responsible for serving guests efficiently with food and drink at the Urban Air Café. Working hours will be spent in the kitchen and/or service area, cashiering, interacting with guests, cooking, preparing and serving food. Participate in regular staff meetings and training, as required

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred
Previous restaurant/quick service experience preferred
Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required

Job Summary:
The Popeyes Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
