What You Will Do:
In this role you will be trained appropriately to perform the following duties:
Assist with the complete fumigation process, including but not limited to sealing, tarping, introduction of fumigant, conducting fume readings, and aerating/de-gassing facilities
Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation and pest issues, and gas monitoring equipment to conduct readings during fumigations

* Demonstrate a culture of safety through a hand-off of the ECMO patient covering all aspects of the patient's care and the state of the ECMO circuit.
* Provide a detailed examination of the circuit to ensure its integrity, while written parameters and a plan of care are worked out during rounds.
* Ensure the continuity of the ECMO circuit as a whole, keeping it safe and secure during patient handling. Reducing the risks of circuit compromise by regular assessments is ongoing.
* Assess blood gas values, anticoagulation parameters and other laboratory values and work within a prescribed set of parameters and guidelines to maintain the patient in an optimal state of well-being.
* Monitor anticoagulation, analgesics, inotropes and other infusions are titrated, blood products are ordered and given, and the ECMO pump flow and oxygenator gas flow adjusted as needed.

Position Summary:
The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage onsite relationship and communication with the client.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates for current and job openings.
• Perform drug screens, verify previous employment and background checks as needed.
• Onboard new employees, under the guidance of clients' policies and safety expectations.
• Provide reports and updates related to staffing levels, and any concerns that require escalation.
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
• Build relationships with the client and internal departments, as well as on-site employees to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Must have communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in staffing, recruitment or HR is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 12:00am

As a Delivery/Collection Specialist, you would be responsible for:
Making daily deliveries of furniture to customers including loading and unloading of items, set-up, and installation of items.
Safe operation and cleanliness/organization of the company vehicle
Protecting product with blankets and straps
Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, including current and past due accounts; communicate in person or via phone/text to promote timely payments
Collect customer payments and meet daily/weekly collection standards
Building and staging inventory. Regular lifting of heavy items 25+ pounds
Refurbishing merchandise
Assist with store sales functions
Other duties as needed in the store and assigned by store manager
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Friendly with great communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Valid state driver's license and good driving record for a minimum of 1 year
Must be able to lift and move (push/pull) heavy items and merchandise as needed
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
