As a Software Tester at V2X supporting the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), you will play a key role in delivering high-assurance decision support tools that enhance situational awareness and force protection in environments threatened by physical and CBRN hazards. Working closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and program stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), you will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies-covering functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing-to validate both new features and existing capabilities. Your efforts will ensure system stability and mission readiness in both pre-deployment and operational settings. In this role, you will also lead the development and integration of automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and K6. You will validate containerized applications running in Kubernetes environments, ensuring proper configuration of deployments, Helm charts, and service meshes. Additionally, you will assess data quality, support ETL validation, and contribute to test data management and analytics tooling. With strong collaboration and communication skills, you will coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders, provide test findings and quality metrics, and participate in customer-facing validation events to support fielded system readiness and continuous improvement.
