Use data, direct observation, and predetermined labor standards to validate pricing assumptions, including change requests, and develop Operational reporting to drive visibility and efficiency in the operation. Collaborate with the Training & Development team to ensure work instructions represent the specific processes and physical work performed in the facility. Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on budget. This position will be connected to a local site in a hybrid format (4x1) with up to 65% travel.
