We are actively seeking to fill the position of Project Manager, based in one of our advanced R&D facilities located in Westford, MA. This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days of in-office presence and allowing two days of remote work each week.
What You Will Do: The Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating and supporting the successful consolidation and move of a manufacturing facility. This role entails working closely with the overall move Program Manager, design engineering, and the Manufacturing move team to ensure seamless execution of the project.

Your Day-to-Day:
Responsible for all project management processes on high-complexity projects, or a portfolio of high-complexity projects at client sites. Lead and establish a healthy collaborative working environment with large multi-discipline teams including Project Controls, Engineering and Project Managers.
Be an integral part of the Bid-to-Book processes. Oversee and provide input to development of cost estimates and offers for field service projects, particularly in the nuclear power sector. Support customer negotiations and be an advocate for Westinghouse value-added opportunities at customer sites.
Complete all aspects of the project planning processes, including authoring project management plans, procedures, schedules, challenge meetings, cost baselines/projections and financials reporting, invoicing billing milestones, risk and stakeholder registers per the Westinghouse Enterprise Project Management Office programs and Specialty Welding & Machining Project Playbook.
Be the driving factor at customer sites that lead our teams to safe and event-free, first-time quality project delivery during execution phases including maintaining the schedule, tracking and projecting financials, invoicing, logging all project performance details, and active stakeholder management with effective internal and external communications. Develop and implement recovery plans when projects are off-track.
Ensure proper project closure by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools. Perform final project quality assessments and report out. Identify and communicate best practices, opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, and risk avoidance for future work.
Use interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders (e.g., internal management) in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion and identify opportunities for additional business growth.
Actively identify, assess, and implement mitigating actions for risks throughout entire project lifecycle, and look for cost-sharing opportunities with clients.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree required in the fields of: Project Management, Engineering, Science, Construction Management.
5 years of Project and Program Management experience with large high-complexity projects at Nuclear Power Plants is required. 10+ years is preferred.
Specific experience preferred in the areas of Nuclear Power Plant Construction Management, Feedwater Heater/Heat Exchanger replacements.
Experience leading large high-value field-based projects at Nuclear plants, during outages, and in accordance with NQA-1 and both Safety and Non-Safety Related Quality Programs.
Leadership and experience with both non-union and union represented workforce for pipe fitting, boilermakers, machinists, welding systems, and nuclear system piping repairs.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP ) certification or other approved equivalent required, Lean Six-Sigma highly desired.
Westinghouse Program Manager (PgM) qualification completed or in process. The successful candidate will be required to complete the PgM qualification within a designated time period.
Strong interpersonal skills, such as effective verbal and written communications; ability to lead team members; ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and ability to make decisions and carry out multiple tasks as assigned, with minimal guidance from Management and mentors.

Experience with managing a development budget. Tracking costs to a budget and finding offsets for overages is a big part of the job.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a high pressure environment. The battery programs are challenging and we are all learning as a team to execute them for the first time.
No Driving of company vehicle
Remote work with once a week at in Auburn Hills AND up to once a week or as needed at Windsor Assy Plant, ARDC Test Facility, or customer Battery Plant. Candidate must have the necessary visa to accommodate this requirement.
Some additional travel to other sites in Canada may be required such as the Windsor assembly plant. This could be daily trips for a week or two at a time for build events. Or, an occasional week long trip to Mexico.

The Principal Consultant on the Offensive Security team is focused on assessing and challenging the security posture across a comprehensive portfolio of clients. The individual will utilize a variety of tools developed and act as a key team member and leader in client engagements. They will be the client's advocate for cybersecurity best practices and will provide strong recommendations in this domain.
Your Impact
Assist in the development of internal infrastructure design for research, development, and testing focused on offensive security
Conducts periodic scans of networks to find and detect vulnerabilities
Performs client penetration testing to find any vulnerabilities or weaknesses that might be exploited by a malicious party, using open-source, custom, and commercial testing tools
Ability to assist in scoping engagements by clearly articulating various penetration approaches and methodologies to audiences ranging from highly technical to executive personnel
Report generation that clearly communicates testing and assessment details, results, and remediation recommendations to clients
Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to automate and streamline internal processes and engagements
Conducts IT application testing, cybersecurity tool and systems analysis, system and network administration, and systems engineering support for the sustainment of information technology systems. (mobile application testing, penetration testing, application, security, and hardware testing)

6+ years of professional experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods focused on Information Assurance, Information Systems/Network Security, Infrastructure Design, and Vulnerabilities Assessments

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $151000 - $208000/YR. Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project/Program Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will manage and direct IT projects, ensuring their timely and efficient completion, while acting as the primary interface between the client and stakeholders. This role offers the potential for remote work, depending on the needs of the program and project deliverables.
**This position is contingent upon award of contract**
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within scope. Oversee the end-to-end process, from project initiation through to successful completion.
Resource & Budget Management: Identify resource requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and estimate project costs. Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
Schedule Management: Prepare detailed project schedules, incorporating dependencies and critical path analysis to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, progress, risks, and challenges.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Required Skills/Experience:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degree, OR A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification may be substituted for the educational requirement.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing teams and serving as the primary program manager and point of contact with customers.
Must hold or be eligible for at least a Secret-level security clearance.
Prior experience supporting Navy programs.

The Global Ergonomics Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of ergonomic strategies and programs for the global workforce of a leading global high technology customer. This role will drive initiatives that optimize the health, safety, and productivity of employees in diverse environments, including hybrid offices, research labs, manufacturing facilities, and remote work. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving strategy and customer engagement and lead a team of ergonomists. This role takes direct instruction from the customer and is embedded to a single customer account.
Job Functions
* Develop and implement a global ergonomics strategy and corresponding programming that is customized to customer's diverse workforce and aligned with customer's goals of innovation, inclusion, employee well-being, accessibility, inclusivity, and environmental responsibility.
* Oversee workload distribution, professional development, and performance management to ensure the team meets organizational goals and delivers exceptional results.
* Manage and mentor a global team of up to 10 ergonomists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture; Provide thought leadership and ensure the team stays updated on the latest ergonomic trends, research, and technologies.
* Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvements in productivity, injury reduction, and employee satisfaction.
* Design and deliver scalable training programs to empower global team of ergomists and customer's employees to apply ergonpomic best practices and principlesfir enhancingtheir comfort, productivity, and well-being.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate ergonomic hazards in customer's diverse working environments that include including traditional offices, hybrid offices, research labs, manufacturing facilities, and remote work.
* Leverage workplace analytics and employee feedback to track the effectiveness of ergonomic programs and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with applicable global, National, State, and customer internal workplace safety and health regulations and programs.
* Partner with stakeholders across customer's organization to embed ergonomic principles into workplace design, technologies, tools, and practices.
* Work with vendor to ensure on-line ergonomic assessment tools (office self-assessment and industrial assessment) function properly and employee use concerns are addressed promptly; recommend changes to improve the employee experiences.
* Lead global campaigns to promote awareness of ergonomic practices.

Qualifications
* Required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiance in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in ergonomics, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global or tech-driven organization or applicable combination of education and work experience
* Proven track record of building and managing successful ergonomic programs in complex, tech-driven environments.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret workplace data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools and software, such as RULA, REBA, the NIOSH Lifting Equation, and Snook Tables.

The IT Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is a member of Camden's Information Technology Department, responsible for providing leadership and direction over all Information Technology projects and initiatives.
