At least 2-3 years enterprise-level experience in Jira and Confluence system administration
Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and integration
Experience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace applications
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management workflows
Evaluate customer requests and tease out the underlying requirements and use cases
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Communicate in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first work environment
Nice to haves:
Experience with with linux operating systems
Able to generate basic scripts in groovy, SIL, python, or go
Experience in automating EC2 or containers deployment
Atlassian certification ACP-100 Jira Administration for Data Center and Server
Strong security understanding
Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$135,320-$159,200 USD
