Job Description
* Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments (i.e. inkjet and mailing devices, case making & decorating equipment, folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding/gluing machines)
* Set up automatic bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities (power paper cutters, power collators and gatherers, power folders, power speed binder) which can be electromechanically combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finishing unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other completed products
* Inspect equipment for safety issues
* May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogs
* Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine
* Direct crew though all aspects of production
* Monitor quality, output and productivity
Qualifications
* Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements which indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided; independently makes decisions on the type of equipment to be used
* Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines
* Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy and operating conditions of the bindery machines
* General knowledge of the more complex bindery machines (i.e. fully automatic binding machines (perfect binders), multiple station collators and multiple folding units, either individually or combined) to perform the full range of standard and specialized folds of printed materials
* Thorough knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product
* Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock
* Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $21.50 - $30.00 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.

Job Description
Promotes and sells the organization's products and services within Southern California, product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.
* Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives, excellent written & verbal communication skills required.
* Must be able consistently to identify critical elements, variables, and alternatives to develop solutions.
* Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions.

Additional Information
For at least the first 6 months in this role at RRD, a non-recoverable draw is expected to be between $50,000 - $150,000 per year; after this period, the draw may change or decrease over time. **A Recycling Representative's role is to evaluate a supplier's recycling needs and offers, through consultative sales techniques, recommendations to fulfill those needs in order to generate and maintain profitability to achieve unit objectives and business goals.** Executing business development activities through all phases of the sales process including prospect development, cold calling, submitting proposals, and actively competing for recovered fiber from commercial, manufacturing, and industrial business that generate recyclable materials is a primary function of this role. Some examples of these include printers, distribution centers, and manufacturing businesses. **The position requires an individual that is self-motivated and capable of selling a service rather than a product and acquiring new customers that are profitable while meeting their recycling demands.**

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for meeting production goals/quality, machine operation and set up, delegation of labor, leading a team and ensuring enough of the proper materials are staged at the machine. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment (different type of equipment varying from 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag). Additionally, fulfills the job duties of a Production Technician 1 Feeder/Strapper as required.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Load and unload material into machine. PT1 Strapper and PT1 Feeder duties and responsibilities as required.
* Perform and validate proper machine component set up.
* Applies troubleshooting skills for various machine components. Make minor non-mechanical adjustments, such as jams and machine calibration to ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
* Manage machine performance using a computer interface, requiring the use of a keyboard and mouse to point and click on work assignments and take corrective action when prompted by error message. Collect machine performance information and enters data into MS Excel spreadsheet.
* Perform quality checks (QC) on finished products. Resolve machine productivity and product quality issues without assistance. Support and comply with internal and external audits. Analyzes, and reports critical objective data and information to Production Lead/Supervisor, recommending improved machine use, quality control, and staff utilization.
* Housekeeping, safety, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Additional Information

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for efficient and timely staging, loading and shipping of prepared mailings to guarantee proper quality and compliance with Company policy and USPS requirements.
Properly unload trucks of incoming material. Responsible for safe operations of powered industrial equipment at all times. Load trucks with finished goods; following trailer sheets and transportation manager's directions.
Responsible for posting all raw materials in and out of the warehouse on the computerized tracking system.
Additionally fulfills the duties of a Logistics Technician 1 as required.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Forklift Operations: Performs shipping scheduling and manages daily work assignments to prioritize loads and ensure accuracy for shipment to USPS. Weighs as required and put in proper location all raw materials. Follows all company guidelines. Unloads trucks with raw materials in a timely and cost effective manner. Coordinates the daily work routine of shipping operations, to include procedure compliance, and material handling priorities. Performs job functions utilizing company equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures all deliveries are made in accordance with contract terms. Provides accurate route delivery information and any independent contract carrier issues.
Organizational: Works closely with machine leads and site supervision, to manage raw materials to ensure continuous production of finished products. Utilizes the Oracle Transportation system to properly generate required shipping and postal documentation. Implements and maintains all components of the Postage Payment Elective agreement (PPE) to comply with Postal regulations in the shipping of standard mail. Provides material handlers with PIC list identifying location of stored client material and available locations for storage. Monitors the orderliness of the warehouse raw material storage areas and takes action as needed to maintain proper organization. Assists in the location of excess material identified by the Client Services Department. Ensures disposition of copy when the Client Services department receives the information entered. Notifies appropriate personnel if there are major variances of client copy.
Administrative: Enters receiving information into computer systems and prepare reports. Performs good housekeeping techniques at the job site areas, properly handling paper waste and debris, and the removal of all potential safety hazards from the general area. Performs complete physical inventories of material as required by procedures and prepare reports. Develops good rapport with postal personnel assigned to the facility. Provides orientation to new employees, to include safety practices training. Monitors the quality of technician reports, to include piece weights and weight verification calculations. Investigates any issues detected in these reports or other receiving documents. Responds to inquiries from other departments regarding the receipt of information on a priority basis. * Typical shipping activities include: checking goods against shipping documents and authorizations, packing goods for shipment according to specifications, preparing bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and attach information and shipping instructions on to boxes.

Inspect equipment for safety issues
May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogs
Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine
Direct crew though all aspects of production

Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements which indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided; independently makes decisions on the type of equipment to be used
Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines
Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy and operating conditions of the bindery machines
General knowledge of the more complex bindery machines (i.e. fully automatic binding machines (perfect binders), multiple station collators and multiple folding units, either individually or combined) to perform the full range of standard and specialized folds of printed materials
Thorough knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product
Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock
Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials

Warehouse, Manufacturing and Construction positions pay Weekly
Hourly Pay $18.00 per hour, will move to $20.00 per hour after training is completed
Additional pay: $0.60 piece rate in addition to hourly rate after daily quota is met
Schedule: First Shift Friday - Sunday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, Second Shift Monday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0 to 1 year in carpentry or construction background preferred
Ability to comprehend basic math
Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner
Must be able to follow repair process
Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
Must be able to use proper techniques to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day)
Able to use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements
Responsibilities
Safely and securely repair pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards
Operate a pry bar to detach damaged boards from the pallets
Operate a hammer, grinder and a saw to remove existing nails and use a 25 lb nail gun to nail together the components
Manually lift 70 lb pallets from a stack to a repair table
Pallet must meet and pass CHEP's quality control audit
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety
Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards
Must wear all safety equipment while repairing pallets
Performs other duties as required
