Job Description
Catch, insert and pack finished products coming off the presses. Review final product performing a series of quality checks before loading in to trays or bins. Perform finishing make ready tasks prior to start-ups. Assist with machine make ready and clean up as needed. Operate the Segbert. Follow postal guidelines when packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags.
Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur
Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets
Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight.
Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. - continuously.
Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read a standard ruler.
Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects.
Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine.

Job Description
Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area.
Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork, cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Should be able to stand up to eight hours.
Organizational skills.
Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment
The ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Summary
The Senior Operations Manager provides leadership for the Plant and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.
Essential Functions
Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
Identify and/or solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results.
Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees and maintain a positive employee relations environment at assigned account(s).
Maintain open and effective communications within the work group(s) and with other work groups within the organization. Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required.
May manage the profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
Lead a proactive safety program within the work group(s) consistent with company policy in order to provide a safe and secure work environment. Instruct and enforce location safety management plans, training and processes. Monitor the maintenance of equipment for assigned work group(s) by using checklists and observations as required.

Job Description
Maintain plant mechanical ems (boilers, air compressors & HVAC units) at a high level of readiness and efficiency. These systems will be kept in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
Maintain filters and dust collection devices in the plant air handling units. This includes the vacuuming and changing of filters periodically.
Engage with vendors and request quotes for repairs
Coordinate and monitor contractors/vendors while on site
Maintain plant entrances, exits and sidewalks by keeping them free of snow and ice.
Paint areas in plant as instructed.
Monitor the plant trim and dust collection system including dust collectors, bag houses, trim blowers and return air fans. Also assist in the maintenance of these areas.
Perform building maintenance projects and plant cleaning projects as necessary or assigned.
Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
Maintain appropriate records, time reports and work orders for work performed.
Assist the maintenance mechanics as necessary or assigned.
Cross train others as assigned.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work in a team environment required.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Ability to use powered hand tools in the operation of maintenance duties.
General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems desired.

Operate high resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment
Program and prepare jobs for printing
Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests
Setup, program and release jobs from print queue
Adjust image position Color quality and resolution, perforations and folds on paper, etc.
Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality
Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets and rollers, paper, tabs, and other items as needed
Maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications
Requires advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment set up, adjustment, operating procedures, and a corresponding level of skill to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment
Able to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment, and in addition, diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting the quality and timeliness of the service or product or function
Requires advanced knowledge of color theory and ability to make adjustments and color corrections when operating the equipment to produce the imaging to customer specifications
Excellent knowledge of file manipulation and file formats for digital print
Excellent knowledge and ability to set up feed rollers, tensioning, timing and in-line finishing per job specifications
