The interview process with Rivian can range anywhere from one week to a month, depending on the position. The interviews consist of an original phone screening, followed by on-location meetings. There, interviewers will give you a tour of the facilities.

Pay & benefits.

Cons of working at Rivian

Uncertainty of shifts & amount of hours worked, as it changes constantly. Doesn’t make sense to move up, they target leaders before team members when doing firing/layoffs.

Actual work-life balance. Consider the employees & they way their lives are affected when switching us shift to shift.
