The interview process with Rivian can range anywhere from one week to a month, depending on the position. The interviews consist of an original phone screening, followed by on-location meetings. There, interviewers will give you a tour of the facilities.
Because Rivian is a start-up, they have their own ways of doing things. The level of interviews that you might expect from a more corporate business, where you go through several levels with different types of managers and directors, doesn't really apply. It is more likely that you will have an initial interview over the phone and then speak directly with someone you will be working closely under.
