Key Responsibilities Curate Vintage Selections: Sort through incoming inventory to identify vintage and retro clothing, accessories, shoes and textiles. Establish Pricing Standards: Research, evaluate, and set competitive prices based on condition, desirability, era, brand, and market demand. Train your Team: Train and educate team members to recognize and set aside potential vintage pieces for assessment. Authenticate & Assess: Distinguish between true vintage, authentic name brands, reproductions, and modern pieces with vintage styling. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with sought-after brands, popular eras, and retro fashion movements to ensure our selections meet customer demand. Manage Inventory: Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting vintage pieces, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient workflow. Job Details Fresno DC - Fresno, CA $17.00 - $22.10 Hourly WarehouseDescription Locate, select, and pack sportswear apparel to fulfill customer orders in an efficient manner; assure accuracy, fold and place items in the correct carton. Position hours will vary by shift. Schedule- Sunday through Thursday Sunday - 7am start time Monday - Thursday - 10am start time *Schedule subject to change based on business needs* Responsibilities Go to the zone that has been assigned to you. Read and interpret the iPad on the Bot to determine items needed to complete the customer order. On occasion re-localize Bots and troubleshoot minor Bot issues while picking Locate customer order items in the warehouse and pick those items from stock to accurately fill customer orders. Check items picked for accuracy and quality, ensuring correct manufacturer, size, color, style, quantities and defects. Must meet or exceed productivity and quality standards outlined by the company. Inspect product for damages or defects. Fold and place items neatly into the cartons. Organize locations after picking items by discarding trash and placing it on the end caps. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Assure accuracy of picked orders. Interface with Team Leads and Supervisors on a daily basis. Perform housekeeping duties. Serve as a member of the Distribution Center team, providing assistance as needed. Qualifications Qualifications Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift (up to 60 pounds). Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; pays close attention to detail. Basic oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
