Perform laboratory testing, write prescriptions, and conduct office procedures within the scope of practice.
Leverage the Options Health Panel (OHP) to monitor metabolic health markers such as blood glucose, lipid levels, and insulin resistance over time, guiding adjustments to patient care plans.
Provide personalized health coaching, focusing on metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
Educate patients on metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, and risk factors for metabolic syndrome, incorporating insights from 12-Month Health Transformation (12MHT) training.
Use evidence-based practices to identify metabolic syndrome, including risk factors like hypertension, hyperglycemia, abdominal obesity, and hyperlipidemia, and apply appropriate treatment protocols.
Act as a resource expert for decisions, planning, and policies affecting the health and wellness of OMWL patients.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OMWL programs, pharmacology, and treatment protocols.
Provide feedback to clinic leadership to drive continuous improvement in patient experience and operational efficiency.
Participate in skill validation sessions and training to ensure alignment with the Consultative Sales Process and patient engagement strategies.
Perform phlebotomy on patients, ensuring proper collection, labeling, and handling of lab samples.
Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to align patient care strategies with operational goals, ensuring seamless integration of clinical services and business practices.
Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, educating patients on self-administration as needed.
Support the dyad leadership team in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education and Experience - Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in accordance with respective state regulations.
Current approval by the joint Board of Medical Examiners and/or Board of Nursing to perform medical acts.
Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse or physician assistant in the state where the clinic is located.
Must possess an unrestricted DEA license.
