**In this role, you will:**

+ Develop and deliver Commander's Facilitated After-Action Reviews (FAAR), Executive Summary Reports (ESR), Combined Functional Reports (CFR), and Internal After-Action Reviews (IAAR).
+ Update and maintain publications such as "Joint Operations Insights and Best Practices."
+ Develop and facilitate seminars for the National Defense University's Senior Leader Education Program modules (PINNACLE, CAPSTONE, KEYSTONE).

Provide cellular support to the NTC's IC3NS which includes 20 fixed sites and three (3) mobile COW's (Cellular On Wheels).
Provide support during NTC's Training period which includes Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) and Training Days (TD).
Perform optimization for the cellular network through a drive test of the training area.
Conduct the drive test of the overall Training Area every six (6) months and conduct the drive test in the immediate area where the COW is deployed for rotation. Optimization should account for the scenario of the user moving through different parts of the training area - from desert to urban areas.
Create a Standard operating procedures (SOP) of efficient operations for end device, monitor end devices performance according to published equipment standards; diagnosis and correct equipment problems; and respond to or report trouble, or failures to appropriate personnel.
Interact with engineering, technician, network control center, and switch operations to ensure problem resolution.
Conduct the administrative responsibilities including end device management and tracking, along with issuing of end devices.
Update daily logs with site-specific information and compose clear and concise Cellular Network Audit Reports for end devices documentation

Possesses a working knowledge of logistics and requisition procedures and processes to include but not limited to Government Purchase Card Program (GCPC), Mil-Strip, Contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA).
Process and manage initial gear and equipment receipt, sustainment, and operational consumables. Conducts research for equipment and parts procurement, drafts of supply documents and submits for review and approval.
Tracks MFP2 and MFP11 budgets, requisition status, parts inventories.
