Your Role:
As a Medical Technologist with Lee Health, you'll play a vital role in our healthcare system. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing clinical laboratory testing accurately and efficiently for all patient types.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Supervisor of Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for general daily operations of the department, including procedural rooms and pre/post procedural areas. Provides care to patient populations with complex health issues, and serves as a clinical resource to staff. Primary responsibilities include ensuring work flow across areas while focusing on patient safety, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and standards of care.

· Oversees patient scheduling.

· Scrubs, circulates, and monitors procedures when needed. Performs fluoroscopy, administers sedation, and administers contrast media under the direction of the physician.
Qualifications

· Previous Charge Nurse experience or supervisory experience

· 2 years of critical care experience
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Radiology

Job summary
The Electrophysiology Staff Technician (RN/Technologist) provides direct patient care assisting the physician during cardiac, vascular and electrophysiological invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. Ensures the safe operation of all equipment used in the EP labs. Works under the direction of physician.

The Laboratory Supervisor is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all laboratory services provided by the specialty department section under his/her immediate control. The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for day to day supervision and oversight of the laboratory operation, personnel and for monitoring processes to ensure that acceptable levels of performance are maintained.

Responsibilities:
