The RN Team Leader acts as a formal and informal leader on the unit. The TL participates and collaborates with the management staff to assist with the daily planning and coordination of the assigned work unit. The TL delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and availability of resources. The Team Leader provides leadership through activities that include development of staff, teaching, precepting, committee work, quality improvements and participation in evidence-based practice and research. The TL is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The TL supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The TL will function within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN.

Qualifications
Graduate of a Baccalaureate degree in a nursing program.
One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is also required.
Experience working in a team environment.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow to achieve maximum work unit efficiency.
Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting.
Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

**Fairview** is seeking a **Site Medical Lead - Urgent Care** that will serve as the front-line provider lead in the **M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Brooklyn Park, Andover and North Branch** clinics that partners with Clinic Manager, Clinical Supervisor and providers at that location to meet day-to-day patient care needs and support execution of key projects. Assures the coordination, direction, and collaboration of services and resources related to the discipline as well as achieving productivity, financial and operational goals.

+ Serves as point of first point contact to address front line provider or patient issues.
+ Works in partnership with Clinic Manager and Clinical Supervisor to address issues and escalate them to the Medical and/or Operations Director as needed. + Respond first to COMPASS events, reporting outcome to medical director.
+ Ensures completion of annual provider requirements.
+ Serves as the champion for execution of Service Line quality and safety improvement projects for their site.
+ Facilitates, in collaboration with the clinic management team, the monthly staff meetings.
+ Supports recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of new providers for the clinic in partnership with the Medical Director.

Familiarity with retail compliance, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
Requirements:
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for sustainability and community service is highly desirable.
Essential Functions:
Lead efforts to generate revenue while maintaining budgetary discipline.
Manage store conditions, merchandise displays, and team performance.
Ensure staff compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures.
Respond to emergencies and alarm calls, remaining accessible via phone as needed.
Additional Duties:
Assist other stores or take on projects as directed by the Regional Director.
Coordinate safety drills, maintain facility checklists, and support loss prevention efforts.
