The rehabilitation technician will be joining a highly collaborative pediatric rehab team and is responsible for clinic functions that support clinicians in safe, efficient, and effective delivery of patient care. The day will consist of preparing patients for their therapy sessions, assisting therapists with patient transfers, monitoring patient exercises under the direct supervision of a therapist, assisting with rehab equipment during therapy sessions, and performing clerical and scheduling tasks, as needed. The tech will also help with daily operations of the pediatric rehab clinic by preparing, maintaining, and cleaning department/treatment areas in compliance with appropriate polices related to infection control, safety regulations and other established guidelines. In addition to ordering and stocking supplies and participate in general departmental activities that support the pediatric team. FTE 1. 0, authorized for 80 hours per pay period.
