Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, CVOR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-NY Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 0 day of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Must have strong cardiac neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience
EPIC Experience
Trauma levels need to be included on every work entry.
Work history must be updated to current date
One reference within the past 12 months from a manager or Supervisor
