The Wealth Market Leader is responsible for growing sales and assets within a defined territory through a team of Private Client Advisors. The Wealth Market Leader Position requires an aptitude for recruiting, training, coaching, development, and retention of sales staff. Development and maintenance of partner relationships is critical.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Annually attain a Sales Volume Goal; this is accomplished through the sales practices of Private Client Advisors and Private Client Bankers (licensed branch employees).
Ensure goal attainment via training, coaching, and development of all producers for goals-based planning, profiling, product selection and securing the business; management and delivery of products across the investment platform.
Responsible for the initial and subsequent development of important relationships (being and active partner) including but not limited to:
Retail Bank Leaders
Retail Branch Employees and partners
Business Banking
Internal departments such as Investment Program Administration, Marketing, and others
Develop action plans for direct reports and for assigned territory.
Coach Private Client Advisors to grow their books of business, with a focus on advice and planning within the Mass Affluent client segment, lead lists, and closing on referrals.
Develop a complete understanding of Key Investment Services solutions to support cross- selling opportunities and learn the core bank products to coach to referrals back to the Retail Bank.
Coach Private Client Advisors to engage licensed and non-licensed branch personnel to identify investment referral opportunities from new and existing bank client base.
Keep abreast of bank- based investment industry trends and product offerings, the securities markets, and participate in ongoing education to learn about products applicable to the bank- based market space.
Attend training where appropriate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5-10 years industry sales management experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
Series 7, 24 and 66; Life & Health Insurance licenses (Required).
Ability to use standard office equipment, proprietary financial services systems, Microsoft Office.
Motivate others and influence performance results.
Broad knowledge of characteristics and needs of clients and partners within the bank- based investment market space.
Demonstrated ability to sell products and services to investment clients, evidence of strong sales results.
Proven track record of successful recruiting, training, development, coaching and overall management.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $160,000 to $185,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

Treasury Manager, Liquidity Management

The Treasury Manager will support the Director of Liquidity and Liquidity team in Corporate Treasury to execute the liquidity stress testing, risk identification, liquidity metrics monitoring, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in liquidity for Corporate Treasury with knowledge of liquidity management and requirements under Reg YY, OCC bulletins, and FRB SR letters
Conduct analysis for monthly internal liquidity stress testing (ILST) and perform independent control checks to ensure the accuracy of results
Develop and maintain analytical framework and periodic updates to the key ILST assumptions
Drive stress testing enhancements and prepare materials for the ILST Change Management governance framework
Assist in development and review of liquidity dashboard and annual calibration of liquidity limits and metrics for governance committees and stakeholders

Educational Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
* Complete penetration testing or red team/adversarial exploitation exercises of web applications, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), hardware, and mobile.
* Perform reconnaissance, social engineering, initial access, and post-exploitation activities across internal and external environments.
* Develop and deploy custom payloads, exploits, and tools for use during engagements, including client-side, server-side, and lateral movement scenarios.

Senior Lead Auditor - Financial Risk Review (SOX)

The Risk Review Group (Internal Audit) is the third line of defense. The Risk Review Group (RRG) is accountable to the KeyCorp Audit Committee and is responsible for providing an independent and objective perspective on KeyCorp's processes and risks through assessment and testing of the adequacy and effectiveness of Key's risk management policies and practices, while also ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This is accomplished through completion of an Annual Audit Plan, which includes both risk evaluations and risk reviews (internal audits).
The Senior Lead Auditor will be responsible for the coordination and completion of the three phases of a risk review: Planning, Fieldwork and Reporting. This will include completion of walkthroughs, interacting with line of business personnel, performing and documenting testing of internal controls, ensuring adherence to required laws and regulations, drafting of findings, reporting deliverables, as well as identifying risks and controls associated with the various business functions. During the course of a risk review, the Senior Lead Auditor will be asked to serve as the lead on complex reviews, manage assigned staff and provide feedback where applicable. The Senior Lead Auditor may also participate on ad-hoc projects, ongoing risk intelligence activities and risk review related trainings.
The Financial Risk Review (FRR) is responsible for providing independent testing of Key's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program. FRR works with Financial Risk Governance (FRG) and Key's external auditor Ernst & Young (EY) in order to assess the effectiveness of control procedures to mitigate the risk of material misstatements to Key's financial statements. FRR also perform substantive testing, SOC1 audits, and compliance reviews on behalf of EY. Additionally, FRR will perform walkthroughs covering areas such as Treasury Operations, Reconciliations, Real Estate Capital, Wires, Capital Markets, Accounts Payable and multiple Loan Systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of audit concepts with a solid understanding of audit concepts within internal audit including documentation of testing, audit findings and audit reports.

In this role, as a Portfolio Manager II, you will be performing the following responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management:
* Underwrite and close increasingly complex direct lend bilateral and/or syndicated asset- backed credit facilities to include mortgage warehouse lines, mortgage servicing assets and other mortgage related asset-backed and SPE collateralized credit facilities
* Ensure all relationships and transactions within your assigned portfolio are in strategic alignment with the risk profile and credit policies of the Bank.
* Spread financial statements, prepare accurate and timely risk ratings, and complete credit request presentations in compliance with CMFG and bank requirements acceptable to CMFG leadership and credit administration. Credit requests may include new deal requests, modification requests, annual reviews, renewals, portfolio reviews and criticized asset reviews.
* Monitor the performance of assigned CMF Facilities to assess ongoing creditworthiness and anticipate opportunities as well as challenges
* Analyze existing portfolio to identify trends and opportunities. Analysis includes, but is not limited to, stress testing, forecasting, concentration analysis and macroeconomic evaluations.
* Provide Immediate communication of suspected credit problems or credit deterioration within assigned portfolio
* Develop deep understanding of market dynamics/industry trends through continuing education or other means
* Assist the team with portfolio review preparation and over time build core knowledge set to support increased participation with portfolio review and other presentations made to senior leaders within the Bank.
* Build strong understanding of the legal structures for each of the respective facility types offered by the group.
