Job Description: The Software Engineer will join our talented developers, working on complex technical projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring some current software design experience and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency wile meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and debug multiple applications. Possess extensive technical expertise in React, MongoDB, and Parse. Manage software development projects, setting goals and timelines and support team members to ensure timely and productive project progression. Attend weekly meetings to review progress and address issues. Collaborate with customer facing leadership to remove roadblocks and build, redesign, or refine processes for a seamless customer experience. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Ensure all system documentation is current (e.g., UML and other documentation). Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance systems. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Certification and Experience U.S. based College/University degree in Computer Science required. 3-5 years of experience in software development. Proficient in Javascript, TypeScript, React, Capacitor, SQLite, PHP, jQuery, Node.js, and MongoDB. Demonstrated experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of software development solutions.
