Job Duties
The Service Advisor will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. Associates will be trained to achieve Level I status.
Assist customers with their purchases in a customer service and sales focused environment.
Utilize computers to determine product inventory levels and product arrival dates. Utilize computers and VAST system to set up work orders for customers, schedule service work and communicate to the service department.
Explain work orders and invoices to customers.
Perform Retail Cashier Duties by obtaining and processing customer payments.
Install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires when required.
Perform oil changes using LOF procedures when required.
Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations to customers.

Experts on the floor, with customer interactions, product knowledge, and pure work-ethics to provide all customers with the best possible experience and ensure our returning customer base. The role will also consist of other front line operational duties with a basic understanding of back end operational duties. Required to handle money, manage codes, always ensure smooth traffic while always maintaining exemplary flow and great service. These duties listed are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Greet and check in all customers
Immediately engage with all customers to understand all wellness needs while recommending products
Assess individual customer needs by asking proper, relevant questions to lifestyle to best determine what products to recommend
Adhere to and promote culture of compliance
Continued education and training to further knowledge of all products
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of store to include front and back-end operations and products
Perform sales transactions including cash handling, using POS systems, and exercising and adhering to all compliance and regulatory measures
Always maintain customer rapport and professionalism
Train and adapt to all roles
Manage time and respect all protocols under pressure and fast pace
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
2+ years in hospitality, cannabis or retail field
Consistent and constant communication on all levels
Accountability at all levels and for others

Attention to detail, organized lead in all workspaces
Position Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid license or state ID
- Must remain compliant with all city and state regulations and requirements for working in the industry
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work opening, closing and weekend shifts as needed
- Willingness to be flexible – Travel is at times necessary
