FCS is looking for a dynamic, motivated, Mitigation Banking Program Administrator with at least 5 years of experience to spearhead the development of our Mitigation Banking Program. This exciting role can be Remote, Hybrid or In Office at any of our office locations and will support projects across the country and will report to the FCS Director of Biological and Cultural Resources.
The Mitigation Banking Program Administrator (CG10A/B) will serve as a subject matter expert in the discipline of mitigation banking and will work to build an interdisciplinary team to grow and operate our mitigation bank portfolio. This new position will initially be focused on the front end of the bank development process including site selection and the initial stages of the bank approval process. Once established, the incumbent will work closely with FCS marketing and project managers to effectively solicit clients and manage the growing portfolio of banking credits. The role is primarily focused on the California market with opportunities for career development and advancement, including expansion into national and international markets.
Duties and Responsibilities

MassCEC seeks a talented and motivated candidate to serve as a Program Administrator on the Workforce Development team. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator will directly support our longstanding Clean Energy Internship Program and the Students and Young Adults team, which has helped over 6,000 interns explore careers in clean energy and grow career awareness of the clean energy industry in Massachusetts. This position blends the daily program administration responsibilities of customer support to interns and employers, data entry of key program metrics, and the grantmaking process.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Internship Program by reviewing employer applications and student information, managing application queues and tracking, providing timely responses to program inquiries, and working with the Program Manager to draft all award letters and program documents.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including interns, employers, community-based program staff, post-secondary career support staff, industry association leaders, grantees, and workforce development professionals.
Proactively review, adjust, and enhance existing program administration workflow and tools increase efficiency and adjust to changing program needs.
Maintain detailed databases and supporting files on the internship program and other workforce programs and ensure proper processing and archiving.
