(10-15%) May assist agents with setting marketing plans and organizing and facilitating agent training activities. (5-10%) Assist new agents in setting up their office, getting into MLS, training on computers and office equipment. May assist with license transfer or annual license renewal. The customer service representative will support county staff and the public by phone, email, and mail. There are no in-person services at this location. While all Customer Service Reps in the CMV area are in a phone queue, call volume during slow periods is 50-60 calls a day combined in the department and 100-140 calls a day combined in the department during our renewal season. Customer Service Representative will also process vehicle transactions and collect documentation related to title and registration of commercial vehicles. The candidate selected will go through a training program before they are expected to work independently. Minimum Qualifications: One year experience in interviewing, investigating, or providing technical assistance to clients, customers, or the public, and one year experience or education in auditing or accounting support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
