Position Summary:
Direct sales to Major Accounts within an assigned regional territory.

Tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs of different industries.

Build a book of business by identifying current and future financing needs of vendors and end-users.
Establish and enhance relationships with vendors, end-users, and manufacturers for repeat business.
Prospect new relationships to provide financing solutions.

Advocate for the company's financing services.
Support and train existing Channel Accounts within the territory.
Public speaking and presentation skills are essential.
Willing to travel 20% - 30% as required.

Role of an SPC
A Student Progress Coordinator (SPC) serves as a valuable additional resource dedicated to supporting Altius' mentors and students on their MCAT journey. Their primary objective is to assist their assigned mentors in intervening on behalf of struggling students so that every student adheres to the Altius program, sufficiently prioritizes their MCAT studies, and ultimately achieves a successful top-tier MCAT score. Responsibilities:
Availability for up to 5 additional hours per week (not to exceed 100 hours from Oct 2024 - June 2025) to assist in the mentoring of other Altius mentors and their students. (Hours adjusted for SPCs hired to start in Jan 2025)

Supervise a team of 5 - 10 Altius Mentors
Attend weekly/biweekly online SPC Training Meetings - Mondays at 7:00 pm MDT
Hold weekly/biweekly Progress Meetings with assigned mentors
Weekly Reviewal of assigned mentors' SPR notes and their students' SATS
Maintain SPC Notes, tracking additional advice and intervention efforts for helping students earn a 90th Percentile MCAT score
Direct Intervention Efforts - Meeting with individual students and mentors, providing additional mentoring and support

Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Altius curriculum

The Coach works in a 1:1 capacity with employees of our client companies who are relocating to the region or are searching for work as part of an outplacement in the area. So, what's the role all about?
After key NICE CX customers have purchased and are implementing our products, the Technical Account Management (TAM) team takes ownership of the customer relationship and becomes their advocate within NICE CX. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) begins to engage with the customer before they go live on the contact center platform, and works closely with the customer from that point forward to ensure their success.
Our TAMs are seasoned account management and technical resolution professionals who are at the top of their field and are unified in exceeding customer expectations, improving our processes and technology, and meeting company growth objectives. The TAM is a very experienced TAM, responsible for resolving complex problems and providing excellent technical and customer service to specific key accounts. Observe classroom instruction and 1-on-1 mentoring to provide feedback and ensure Altius-level quality.
Carefully monitor student progress and score performance for all students in your region. Intervene as necessary to help struggling students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of demonstrated growth and increasing accomplishment as an entrepreneur, franchisee, armed services member, aspiring business leader, educator, university advisor or administrator.
Passion and talent for sales and business growth.
Strong management, presentation, public speaking, organization, and relationship-building skills are a must.
Bachelor's degree is not required. Self-employed and on-the-job experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

We're hiring a Strategy Deployment Lead to join our Strategy Deployment team. This is a high-impact role driving cross-functional programs that support our most ambitious and business-critical corporate strategy initiatives.
