D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Tennessee. Three (3) to seven (7) years of specific legal practice experience in family and criminal law. Strong knowledge of Tennessee family law statutes and regulations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex legal concepts to clients. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills, with a strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Working conditions: The majority of your work will be performed at our office in Clarksville, Tennessee.
