We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage a dynamic territory spanning NAFTA, filled with key accounts and active prospects vital to the growth of Sensient Natural Ingredients (SNI). In this role, you'll play a critical part in building and nurturing client relationships-optimizing product mix, launching new innovations, managing forecasts, and navigating contract negotiations. Ideal candidates will bring experience in customer service, quality control, sales support, or the agriculture industry, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. What you'll do: Position Sensient as a strategic partner by delivering high-performance products focused on functionality, on-time delivery, safety, and flavor excellence. Build and manage key relationships with customers' R&D and Purchasing teams, actively engaging in long-term projects and new business opportunities. Clearly communicate Sensient's mission, identify customer needs within the territory, and develop strategies to address them and drive new business. Create and implement customer-focused programs that build brand equity, strengthen relationships, and support business growth and retention. Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive offerings (SWOT) to resolve issues, enhance service, and optimize sales performance. What you'll bring: Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and computer skills; Power BI and Salesforce experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to prospect daily with a persistent, goal-driven mindset. Minimum two years of relevant customer-facing experience required. College degree required, preferably in science, engineering, agriculture, or business/finance. Working knowledge of the food ingredient industry is essential. The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
